"Anastasia" tells the classic story of Anya, a young girl who discovers she may be the lost daughter of Tsar Nicholas of Russia.

"Anastasia" had a developmental lab in June 2015. It is inspired by both 1956 and 1997 (animated) Twentieth Century Fox films. Flaherty & Ahrens also wrote the Oscar-nominated score for the animated film. It began its World Premiere at Hartford Stage in May 2016 (to 6/19).
