This newly formed position leads the company into its 5th Season. Mr Perkins is a writer and performer from South Carolina.   New Light Theater Project is an ensemble-driven theater company that strives to capture the Little Theater Movement (artistry over commerce; producing new and classic works) in the NYC indie theater community.
